I feel they love to play the blame game. I find them to be lazy when it comes to refilling my wife's medications. Being busy is one thing, not doing the job is another. Even my wife's doctors have made unpleasant comments about this store. About 8 months ago one of the people checking me out at the pharmacy was so rude it took everything in my power not to blowup. We are done with CVS! Not only are we switching over to another Pharmacy, we are preparing legal action. I keep all records and reports and getting ready to go public once we get the greenlight.
Switched from Walgreens and do not regret. The staff is very helpful and quick!!!
Making an appointment for drive-thru Covid testing was easy & I was given a confirmation #. However, I waited 50 minutes after my appointment time, the staff member’s directions through the window weren’t the same as the pamphlet I read too late, she didn’t ask for my ID, she didn’t even observe me for accuracy. I now realize I may not have done the test correctly.
I quit using their pharmacy. They were using contract pharmacists, slower than molasses, rude employees.nI recommend HEB pharmacy. Much more efficient & pleasant. Plus parking lot pick up & home delivery if you if you li e within7 miles.
I have epilepsy and i need to take a certain amount of medicine everyday. Ive had trouble getting my meds filled here and im only met with rude comments as if they know how it feels to be pinned down by medicine. I would like them to have seizures then come talk to me with experience.
