We ended up having to walk out due to my husband did not have his mask on due to medical issues, he basically was told to wear a mask or he had to leave, we left a full basket of merchandise. Very disappointed due to we were the only customers in the store at this time and he was not even asked why he did not have a mask on. The store used to be great as far as supplies and costumes all we really seen was last years favors, costumes etc
Because of employees ignorance i was told to leave because I did not have a mask on and I kindly explained to them I have a medical issue and was still told to leave because it is a choice for me to not wear a mask....how about you educate your employees before I or someone else sues you for discrimination because I have a medical issue
I usually enjoy this store quite a bit. But lately they have been making inventory changes and are lacking in products and choices. Especially getting closer to Halloween, I wasn't impressed with the empty shelves and very limited product. Hopefully they will finish whatever transitions they are working on soon, and get back to the normally great store they usually are.
Was asked to leave after I told the associate I can’t wear a mask due to disability. Her mask was under her nose the entire time
