Standard sephora located inside the JC penny and has the same hours. Decent selection, service is fine, has my shampoo so 4/5, good place to get quality hair product way out in the hill country.

I went to Sephora to test cologne fragrances. I received polite and patient customer service. I will definitely be back.

The woman working today was extremely rude to my friend and ignored her but went right up to me and another lady. She wouldn’t tell me her name but she was the only one working so I’m sure a manager could figure out who she is.

The lady was super rude and didn't want to help me find my skin tone shade. She also wouldn't tell me her name. Horrible experience save your money and just go to the San Antonio one!
