STAY AWAY. I had gotten a new number, did not think to call them about it, I figured they would send me a letter at least, and instead of sending me a letter to my home address they sold my boots apparently. $500 gone. will never do business with them again. They acted like it was no big deal, that its my fault for them selling my boots and pocketing the money.

They do awesome work on shoes, boots, bags you name they fix it. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also they have a nice selection of clothing and accessories!

After a month, just had to go pick up my boots. I was told “next week”, but never got done. I tried calling, but it was just hung up after a few rings. When I stopped by to inquire, the man was rude but put me at the top of the list for the following week. Nope....still not done. I’ll find another place.
