Not sure how this company still in business with the terrible service they provide. The worst of all is that the children are the ones that pay the price for their incompetence. Bus drivers are not held accountable for their unacceptable behavior such antagonizing children to driving irresponsibly. Complaining to the school gets a parent no where and complaining to the transportation company is useless. Issues just get swept under the rug and covered up with a meaningless apology. Lawsuit waiting to happen. If you can afford to take your child to school yourself please do so and save your child from such horrible experience & environment.
I have been getting the run around for three days now . A task so simple as answering the phone after calling back to back and my calls go unanswered . When I got someone on the phone the information provided was unclear and pushed off as the school responsibility. All I need is for my son to be able to get on a bus that already comes to my address . However 3 days later I'm told he still not in the system to be able to ride the bus . Unorganized and very unprofessional people I have to deal with since I moved from Houston to Beaumont .
These ppl are absolutely worthless. No one answers the phone. My child's bus broke dwn at school(West Brook) instead of getting another bus to bring the riders home they send someone to try and fix the bus. My child has been sitting there for 2hrs. This is absolutely ridiculous!
The front office is rude and the bus driver are unprofessional, there need to be a zero.
Yeah not easy getting calls through especially when your 6 yr old's a hour late getting home.
