Little Caesars Pizza

I went through the drive through and was told it would take six to eight minutes for my single pizza order to be ready (nothing special, a three meat treat pizza). They said they would bring it out to me when it was ready. I pulled around to the front and waited. And waited and waited and waited. After twenty minutes of waiting I went inside to inquire about my order. The manager (I assume) said they would 'bring it out when it was ready' and that it would 'be ready when it's ready'. Beyond those two statements they were more worried that I wasn't wearing a mask while three of their employees weren't wearing one and several others weren't wearing theirs correctly. I went back outside to patiently wait. After another ten minutes of waiting, now at a total of thirty minutes, I went back inside. I asked for a refund as I was tired of waiting. Again they told me I couldn't be in there without a mask while employees still weren't wearing one or wearing one correctly. Upon pointing it out that I shouldn't have to if they didn't the employees scrambled to try to get masks on. One employee was nice enough to bring up a paper mask for myself. The manager still wasn't wanting to give a refund and was leery to do so even though I had refused any order at this point. The manager finally went to give me a refund after trying repeatedly not to. As I was leaving the store the manager waved her hand dismissively towards me and told me to leave. The manager and staff here are very rude and the service is slow at best. This isn't the first time that I have waited longer than a reasonable amount of time for a simple order. It also isn't the first time that the employees there have been rude. Stay away from this location if at all possible if only to save your own sanity.

If I could put zero stars I would......we ordered online at 7:50 for in store pickup. Waited an hour in the parking lot. All over some cheese bread! We kept asking them about our order and all we got was, let me go look. Then nothing. While all the employees are in the back DANCING AND LISTENING TO MUSIC. Will not be going back to this location.

Pizza is good (cant complain) prices are even better. If you go thru drive thru expect to have to wait if you order more than 1 pizza. They tell you to park in tbe front & they'll bring it out to you. I sat 30 mins waiting while I watched cars come & go after me. If they walked inside after going DT than the girl served them your food. I had to call from the park Iot to remind her I was still waiting.

Most of the time the pizza is good. If you get one that isn't they will make it right.

Hot and ready lunch combo. Not ready at all. Went to the one on eastex freeway at 1230pm. Didnot have The lunch combo ready. I have been at this location several other times during the time the lunch combo is available and they never have any of the lunch combo pizza ready. The signs on the building say hot and ready.I thought I would give this pizza chain another try. I will go back to the pizza chain I usually use and will stay with them. I never have any problem at the pizza place I usually. Use.
