HORRIBLE AND VERY RUDE ..... I placed an order via the website it said 20 to 30 minutes delivery time so I'm waiting an hour later still no food so I call wait on hold for 25 minutes someone finally picks up and is super rude and hangs up on me. If I could give half a star I would
SARAH, the manager, SCREAMWD AT ME over the phone saying there is no way I ordered chicken & mushrooms on my pizzas because they haven't had chicken & mushrooms for 4 days. After waiting over an hour for my food I went to the store at 9:30 pm to get my pizzas before they closed. They already had my money! When I got there she wouldn't even look at the screen shot on my phone to see that I DID, INDEED, order chicken & mushrooms on my pizzas!nShe ordered me out of her store & threatened to call the police on me! I went to my car & another manager came out & spoke with me. He was very nice & tried to defuse the situation. He refunded the money to my card & apologized for the IRATE manager.nSARAH needs to be let go!nShe should not be in a business of service to others if she treats people like that!nARKELL, the assistant manager, & JayDrian, the driver, were very nice & helpful. God bless them for putting up with that B!
ordered my food an hour and a half ago, started calling them at 1 hour and nobody has picked up in 30 minutes. Charged me 35$ for two pizzas and they cant even deliver pick up the phone or bring me my pizza. Worst delivery service of my life they obviously do not care. Just want to cancel my order and get my money back, but there app experience is more interested in offering me coupons then helping me. They have no direct email for complaints, or customer service just a automated bot that is useless. Go somewhere else or just walk in and get pizza, because your order will never be delivered.
This place used to be trash. The new crew and staff are pretty cool. Fast and professional!!
