I honestly don't understand how this store wants you to order from them. We tried to call ahead nobody answered the phone, we called three times and no one answered. We then drive to the store, and try to go in. The door says that they close at 10:00 The lobby was locked at 8:50. An employee motioned for us to drive around to the window, so we did. We asked to place an order, the lady said that we could only pick up there , we can't place an order. We explained to her that we've already called three times and nobody had bothered to answer the phone. only then she told us to pull around to the front finally picked up the phone and took our order instead of just taking the order at the window.It was impossible to place the order and even when we gt to the store she didn't want to take our order. This was also on a Wednesday night so it's not like they're that busy. Just sad honestly.
Although the wait was long, which is understandable because it was 3 pizzas and during a pandemic, we received our pizza from a blonde (long hair) female delivery driver. Whoever that was, she needs a raise! She was so kind and seemed really happy when we answered the door. She also waited patiently (in the cold mind you) while someone signed the receipt and looked for the tip money. Honestly 100/10 experience with her and I hope she delivers to me again next time I order!
Now, because they’ve never made mistakes with my orders, I’ve never had reason to call the location, but they’ve always got my order right and are *not* rude when I come to pick up my order in person. I place my order on the app and get there 20 minutes later. They take my payment quickly and I get my food. What more can you ask for at a quick pizza joint?
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It's been over an hour and our pizza has been sitting in quality control for most of that time. They won't answer the phone. Will be requesting a refund.
Very very horrible service they don't answer the phone at all and when they do they still get your order wrong just sad
