Fast and friendly. The pizza tasted great! I truly appreciate how polite these people were. You don't experience that very often these days.
This place rude af! I had to call 10 times to get through even though my order 20 min late. They kept hanging up the phone instead of answering. Then they switched to putting it on hold instead of answering. I had to keep hanging up and calling till the guy finally answered and asked if I was waiting on an order. Then he asked my name I told him and he said its on its way and hung up again. This the most bs I've ever dealt with!
I placed my order and paid for it on my card. But when I came to pick it up they try to tell me that my order never went through. I asked to speak to the manager and their response was they were to busy.
Little to Rude
Customer service was horrible, had to finally stop a worker to get my food. The order was called in but still waited 15min at the counter for help. My order showed completed on the board and was in the warmer. Yet by the time I got to work, the pizza was cold and the cinnamon sticks seemed stale.
