Great customer service and great smoothies. We prefer this location over the one on Dowlen. That store never seems clean, and staff are sometimes uninterested in what they are doing.

Took a star off because the keto protein they use tastes awful haha. Which is weird because I know plenty of keto friendly brands of protein that taste great so I don't know why they wouldn't use one.nnI got the peanut butter power protein shake and my gf got the same thing with the regular protein powder they use and it tasted far better than mine, so if you're not worried about carbs and sugar they're shakes do taste great, just no real options for low carb low sugar guys like myself.

i have had an issue with this place more than once.so today i asked to have the smoothie extra thick because the past 5-6 times it’s been like drinking waternso i get my smoothie and leave i’m in a rush to get to houston when i leave and i start to drink the smoothie i realize again it’s like water so i call up there and i’m told i have to bring the drink back today no exceptionsnso i’m expected to drive to houston drive back home then drive back to houston i’ve a 6 dollar drinkni’m in total disbelief so i get off the highway turn around and bring he drink and set it on the windownand call the store and tells them that you have lost my business for good i will never sweet foot in this establishment again so today that got my money and i got nothing in return no drink no money backnthis has to be the most terrible business in beaumont texas Loney Bourque
