It’s kind of a stubborn, arbitrary place. They have their ways. No deviation. But their system works. They deliver good products at fair prices. They also have really good, like shockingly good after sale service. Be patient, these are good folks & will take care of you.
Frank's has a very good collection of scrubs to choose from and the ladies working there are the best! They made sure I got what I wanted and helped me special order some scrubs in the color and size I needed. I will definitely be using them in the future when I need more scrubs!

I went to Frank’s to purchase some scrubs for work and Stacey was super helpful. I will spend too much time trying to decide what to buy but she showed me the brands that would be a good fit for me. Her and William were both friendly and made me feel like I was at home. They have great sales from 20-50% off and a good selection of top trending brands of scrubs. I’ve gotten several compliments today on my Elle lab jacket! So glad I went there instead of buying on the internet.
My company ordered our uniforms from Frank's and Stacey was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help each one of us (5 picky women) choose what we needed and get our monograms done.nAlthought, Stacey's co-worker (never introduced herself so we do not know her name but she was pretty young probably 21/22) was extremely rude, not only to us the customers but also to Stacey. This young lady was disrespectful on another level I have never seen in a customer service position. We would of taken our business elsewhere if it wasn't for Stacey's hard work and wonderful customer service.
