My husband and I had a great time. The staff was extremely happy to help and gave us a great experience.
absolutely horrible customer service !!!!!!!! I've never been to a business that a manager will not let you explain the problem I had . Nor would he address the issue on hand. I am a manger myself and would never treat a customer the way I was treated. Again, absolutely horrible experience......I would love to talk to a real manager or possibly the owner.
The lady at the concessions told me that she couldn’t give us a new soda that wasn’t out of syrup because they were closed... they were clearly able to give us the one soda. I work in food management and understand how all of the closing duties work. I am truly upset about the way she had responded and more than likely won’t be back.
Love this place. We go every other week. The price and food are good. The workers are very friendly.
