We had already decided not to order from this location long ago due to annoyed staff, wrong online orders on multiple occasions, and the time the ceiling was dripping water on top of the cash register from which they charged me at(which didn't seem to bother the cashier). I was going to let it be but today I was gifted a pizza by an out of state family member who ordered online and didn't offer location options. This simple large pepperoni pizza came with a long brown strand of hair. I mean when they said pickup at Donna Dominoes, I expected the worst and hoped for the best.

Dominos normally does not disappoint, but I guess there is a first time for everything.nnI ordered the chicken alfredo and the dish didn't have very much sauce, which made the pasta really dry.nnThe pizza was also ordered with alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce, and it was also dry with little to none of the sauce.nnud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcud83dudc4eud83cudffcnnI ordered using the app, but I'm not sure why the Donna location picked up my order if my address is from Weslaco. I guess it's probably the Donna location that has subpar service.

Placed an order & within a half hour my order arrived. Love the quickness in these quarantine times. My pizza's were hot and delicious. My only grievance would be to be more generous with your ingredients. My order was 2 med pizza's with two toppings. Pepperoni & Italian Sausage. Plenty of pepperoni but Not enough sausage. Other than that it was good.

The pizza and the pasta dish were excellent. The advertising on the web page for two or more at 599 was very confusing. When I try to order the build your own pasta no matter how I did it it came out to $3 more. We finally went back to one of the options that were available. Bottom line it was very confusing to have the build your own pasta on that particular 599 option.

Ordered a pizza from here a couple weeks ago. Delivery never came and was charged. Emailed the store and no response. I was a loyal customer for years. Not sure I can trust them anymore. Didn’t receive a phone call the night of the order saying they couldn’t deliver. The app showed all the steps from being made to being out for delivery. Never came.
