FYI- online and the doors state the mall is open until 8pm. But the stores close at 7pm. Got there at 6:56 was told by a store associate I couldn’t go into the store because they close at 7pm. Me and another girl said it says 8 online and on the doors. Her response was stores close at 7 but you can walk around the mall until 8. Maybe the mall and online could specify that info to shoppers and give them that heads up.
The check-in during covid needs significant work. We put our names on the list 30+ minutes before arriving and couldn't figure out what to do when we got there. After waiting in a long line to actually check-in we had to then wait for our phone to text us availablity. After a time I checked my phone to find a message to text "here" when all members arrived. Wasn't that the point of check-in. Seriously, how many times do we need to check in. In frustration I go to cancel only to get notice that the table is ready. Frustrated we take our seats to find the only menu is through a QR code for which I don't have an app. This has been the worst attempt at meeting covid requirements I have seen at a restaurant.
It was very fun for my nieces and nephews and they have a bunch of animals.
Fun place to take the family on a long day. we walk around the mall on Mondays for family Him evening n
