Was dispatched load after original appt time that was set so they decided to penalize me as the driver for being late. Appt 8 on the day prior. Was supposed to be a preloaded trl but they didn’t communicate that they didn’t have a trailer with the company so it became a live load. Was dispatched at 1600 on the day it was supposed to be picked up. Was in the middle of another load when dispatched. I now have lost 8 hours of drive time = $300 approx all because of no communication from them to company nor company to them. When I explained it to them all’s they have to say is your late. So I just lost money because of these guys. Still waiting and already past 10 hours now. Disrespectful company to the driver. If I was an owner opp then I would have driven away already because obviously they don’t want to send the product out. And that is not to mention the next load that I have that has to be reassigned and I lose another 900 miles of pay.
Nice clean cold storage got it and out fast, got in a door and they started unloading right away. Over night parking on street first come first service
