We bought our camper here 5 years ago and they were such a joy to work with. Anything we need for our camper we go here to purchase. We get our camper winterized here every year. There prices are very reasonable and if we purchase another camper we would buy it from here.
Bought brand new camper this spring. Had issues with solar called twice to Inguire. Talked to 2 separate people including service manager. Every question I asked he said he did not know answer. Told him there was minimal information on new purchasers packet on solar. I said on line it talks about hos to navigate controls. I said I cant get past the part where it talks about two batteries. Waited 6 weeks for appointment. They looked at camper 3 days after appointment said nothing wrong I inquired if they were able to determine why it would read second battery. He said they wired it in line e so two batteries is one. Result charged me 57 dollars for them to look at it and say nothing wrong. Maybe 20 seconds of work. Beware no service after sale. Rating of zero of I could.
Great buying experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am happy with the price I paid and the service I received. I would recommend doing business here to anyone.
Top notch service!! We stopped at a competitor first and left other place fast as they had horrible service but pleasureland on the other hand gave us the time of day the whole time, being very helpful and listened to our wants and needs. Highly recommend pleasureland any day. Even did walk thru making sure we knew how everything worked. Outstanding service and prices
