Matt made my experience of setting up a business account quick and easy. The process was made very clear.
Aged and stuck in the 70s, this place really does need an update. Employees are as nice as they need to be, but no more. Pleased to never need to return here.
Kept on hold for 30 minutes.
Not even worth one star...worst customer service you could possibly imagine. The employees are rude and not helpful. Every single location and even their customer service is terrible, don't even bother with it you will leave with nothing accomplished. Not even worth the stress when you can't even make a payment to them because they are so unwilling to help. The intelligence of the people they hire is questionable, I am fairly certain that they train their employees to treat their customers like crap.
