Very quick service, well made food & all patrons except me were doing curbside pickup. Nice staff on a very busy Friday at dinner time.

This was the most disrespectful day I've ever had with you guys.. then was hung up on when I asked for a manager. Called back twice and hung up on each time x3. We generally do business with the GM who is a sweet women but this young male was extremely rude. Hopefully he hasn't done this to numerous customers in the past since he was so freely to be rude and disrespectful.

Waited 2 hours for a pizza delivery. It never ahowed up. Went to restaurant and they said oh we didnt get the order. I told them u took my credit card number so obviously the order is somewhere. Will be a very long time if innr eat pizza hut in denison ir ever. Customer servuce is hoee

Pizza was cold and didn't taste good and chicken alfredo had no sauce and noodles were dried out. Very disappointed!

_______________nnJuly, 2020 Middle of the MonthnnWhat a charming experience. Parked, and before exiting the automobile, was greeted at the automobile window by a gentleman asking if needed any help. By uniform and his stepping away from his own automobile to greet, could see that he is colleague of the restaurant who actually delivers orders for the Pizza Hut at this location. He let me know the interior of the restaurant is not available for guests and though it certainly seems he did not need to take an order as description of his position, he proceeded to do just that. When order was available, a sweet lady brought to the automobile complete with the parmesan, and hot pepper packets just as asked for. Next time will remember a coupon if a coupon is available but nevertheless have always loved Pizza Hut and colleagues. Thank you to both persons for a nice visit. Sweet day to everyone.nn_______________
