I have been going here for months to get quarters and everyone in the last 8 months has been very nice about my requests until today. The women at the counter states to me that I can only get change one time here if I don't have an account with them. Okay since when did banks stop the customer service...Banks were to serve the people not for the people to serve the banks. Since when do you need an account number to get a role of quarters. Totally ridiculous. One would think that if you want to keep customers and make new ones that you don't make up stupid rules about a simple thing like getting change.
Very friendly and you can withdrawal money from the ATM with no fee
I have had nothing but good experiences the employees have been nothing but kind and so helpful love this bank!
