Anthony is awesome. Very clean laundry room. There are plenty of different size washers to choose from plus Anthony does a great job keeping them clean. I love that I don't have to use coins. Keep up the good work.
Holly is so fun to talk with while doing your laundry. Holly is always making sure the place is clean and she is very helpful. And If you have a question or problem, she is always willing to help you. They just remodeled not to long ago and have replaced all the old machines with new ones. They're Fantastic A+++++
Holly is amazing at her job and how much she is willing to help with all the customers. I have been coming here for two years and seen this place change over time. Since Holly no longer is the attendant at this place, it has dramatically changed even more with the cleanliness being okay, but not the cleanliness it use to be. The new attendant is not very good at customer service and did not know how to help me download the app. Thankfully, this round of visit Holly was there and was able to help me download the app and show me how it worked. I normally would not leave a 5 star because the lack of customer service and cleanliness but because Holly has been by far the best attendant and how helpful she is, that she deserved the star rating.
First time to this laundry mat, I did have to wait for a little bit to get a washer due to the remodeling but overall it was a good experience. Anthony was really helpful and a nice person to talk to. Positive atmosphere. Will be coming back.
Holly is super friendly and very knowledgeable when it comes to helping customers out with their new credit card system. She is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure all the customers are taken care. New machines and great prices!
