This was our first time here and we had a blast. Although it was super cold at night because of the water the day time was amazing. It was peaceful. We had a tent our neighbors on both side had RV's. They were both friendly. The lady at front was super nice and friendly. We didn't catch anything but our neighbors did and also offered us things. The bathroom was clean when hot there on Friday but Sunday kind of went down hill. That's more of the visitors being nasty and not caring but I most certainly will be back. This might become my home away from home!
We ended up coming back to this RV camping spot again and again on our 3 wk vacation from Michigan down to Arlington, Arlington down to Big Bend, then back up. The couple working there were super nice and the park was spacious and clean. I would def recommend!
Went camping had a good time place has new facilities with showers now been a while since I've been ill be back for summer!
This is a fairly nice C.O.E. campground. My visit was in Sept 2020. The day use and swim area was closed off due to Covid 19 but I did get to do some fishing at the marina. There is public wifi available at the shower houses. I have two videos of my visit on my YouTube....DudeRV.com
Been here for almost a week.. everything is going great.. last night right before dark the comet was spectacular... Great place to see it.. can't wait till tonight..
