Used to be a great location, consistently poor service the last year or so though. Pizzas are never cut all the way through or properly, order is taking almost 2 hours to be delivered and isn't even marked as 'out for delivery' because the employees forgot to mark it as such, been on hold for 20 minutes now with their automated system because no one will answer the phone.nnEDIT: Ended up being on hold for 22 minutes before someone answered and told me my order had in fact not even gone out for delivery and just sat there for an hour and a half
This restaurant is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a delicious dinner, this restaurant comes immediately to my head. fresh and diverse food and a rich menu.well mannered crew, and agreeable atmosphere. Also important, the pay is good. I sent my friends to this restaurant with no doubt.
Never got my order. called the store and was told the driver said they rang the doorbell and left the pizza on the welcome mat. First, I don't have a door bell to ring. After, I spoke with the manager he said it would be a 45 minute wait for delivery. Why? when I already paid and didn't get my order. Finally, I went to pick up my order. I will not be ordering from this store again. Please train your employees on proper delivery and customer service.
We ordered pizza online to pick up in store, and as when we got there they said that a delivery person had taken our order. They wanted us to wait another 30-40 minutes for our pizza. Why didn’t they call us to let us know of there mistake? Or why didn’t they try to give better customer service and offer to do something for our order. We would have been waiting a whole hour for a pizza.
It's just greasy and not very good. It wasn't very hot. Still literally dripping in grease. It was edible but it upset our stomachs. Too many preservatives. Definitely better options in my opinion.
