dd's DISCOUNTS

Everything too close together. Not everyone in a mask.

I like to shop at this dd's Discount store. The store is always clean and organized. They have a nice selection of clothes, purses and sometimes shoes. The quality of clothing for a bargain keeps me coming back. It is mostly department store quality. I feel good after shopping here because I can get several items and not break the bank but have some really cute outfits. The staff is efficient and you are typically greeted when entering. There is always nice music playing there too. I prefer them to Ross and TJ Maxx.

I interviewed for this store with a assistant manager name jessica or jennifer. The interview went great and she even said she liked me but she will have to get with her manager and will call me back. I called back a week later and talked to another manager whom said that the assistant manager had me in the interview file which was the wrong one since I already interviewed. Then a few days later the assistant manager called me asking me if I was still interested and if I can come in for a interview. I asked her if I had to do two interviews and she no oh I remember. No I called you by accident she was calling people to set up interviews and she will call me back. I asked her if I had the job and she said yes but will have to call me back. She never called back. So a week and a half later I called today spoke with the assistant manager and she was so cold with her tone that I will have to speak to the manager. So I told her that she told me she was going to call me back not the manager. So she says like I just told you, you will have to speak with the manager and she want be in until tomorrow. Well I'm glad I didn't get the job. Because if this is how they are when I'm trying to follow up I can just imagine how it is if I worked there. I don't do anything unprofessional or attitudes. If it was a customer then yes but staff hell no and I don't mind checking them either. So thank you for calling me back. You saved yourself a slide across the floor.

Big store but h racks are empty . Went here to buy uniforms/scrubs for work only ,but did come out with a few more good items...staff is friendly at times to some ..but not a issue for me.

Store was ok just found great items! A good selection to choose from.
