Wow. I've been meaning to go there for years, finally did so today. Bought a great looking FEDORA. They sell more than just cowboy hats. The whole left front quarter of the store is non-cowboy hats. They carry all of the hatco brands, Dobbs, Stetson, Resistol, Wrangler, Charlie Horse, etc. They have hats in wool, leather, straw, cloth, beaver, etc. All at great prices and custom shape for free.nnMy Fedora is made of fur felt, online at Hats Unlimited for $169.99, I paid $65 for it at the Outlet store. I saw a 20X hat for $199. Wool Fedoras $25, and entry level real cowboy hats for around the same price.nnDefinitely worth the drive if you're looking for a quality hat at great prices.

They were extremely rude to my brother.nHe can’t wear a mask due to health issues, so he was social distancing. The employees didn’t care at all and yelled at him. Told him “don’t you take another step until you put on a mask” and were extremely rude and had no respect. We won’t be backnn*the point of this post is not about the mask. It’s about how rude the employees were. No one in customer service should ever be that rude or disrespectful

Nice place to shop if you need a hat for your man. They also have country style clothing and accessories. I buy wallets there.

I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Aubrey ended up finding the perfect hat for me which is not easy to do because I’m a very picky guy. He was patient and professional and never gave up. He was also a artist with the steam and the leather band. I’m one hundred percent sure my next hat purchase will be from this store and I highly recommend your next purchase is as well. Thanks again for your patience.
