Horrible service, don't know why they have drive-thru hours if the drive-thru is actually close. Don't waste your time coming here.

had the best experience opening up a new account in this location. My banker, Karen, was extremely knowledgeableble, professional and friendly. The service was exceptional, the location is very well kept and clean, and the people here are very nice. Definitely recommend this Chase branch.

Horrible service. This branch never answers the phone and has super long wait times. I would definitely recommend not even banking with chase. As all their other branches are pretty similar in horrible service/horrible wait times and angry staff members.

Great customer service. The lobby has been newly renovated and looks clean and nice. The representatives are friendly and helpful. They are able to notarize documents for me with no problem. Banking here has also been good so far.

Someone wrote check out of my account, and I needed to make a new account. No one wanted to help me, a call was made to the location and I was told my banker was not there that day. I went later in the day and was told she was there and just left. I them wanted to work with someone else to open a new account and was told its too late in the day and they did not want to help. I proceeded to go the next morning and was told by banker I was suppose to use could not help me because of her appointments. the only time she could help me was later on at 12 and then 12:30 because she had some class. I wanted to talk to the manager so i could not voice my issue he was not there and was not able to leave a voicemail message. Who in this day in age in a business does not have voicemail. They are will to take your money and sit on it, but not help when you need it. This branch is horrible avoid it at all cost. Skip this one and go to the next branch.
