Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We arrived at opening on a Friday morning which was 11 o’clock. The line was a little long but the workers did a great job getting people to sign the waiver & pay quickly as possible! The wait wasn’t too bad! Customer service was awesome as well! My grand babies really enjoyed themselves! I advice people to go online & sign the waiver ahead to save time it’s more convenient that way!

Very poorly managed . DO NOT book a party at this location . This location is managed by a teen supervisor. No wonder everything went wrong at the day of my event. They tell you to have your pizza ordered by Thursday 5pm so there are no problems with getting your pizza order . Well I ordered 6 pizzas and none where ready in time . The hostess was nice enough to extend our time an extra 30 minutes so we could have time to eat our pizzas but we only got 4 pizzas and 1 was half bread pizza and the other was burnt . So we really only had 2 good pizzas . 1 star since the place is fun for young kids but trust me DO NOT book a party for your child . Go find a different location . This is what happens when the franchise owner does not hire a qualified a Supervisor. It’s teens supervising teens . No one is checking temperatures at the door and masks are not enforced either . I only saw 2-3 attendants watching kids play on the trampolines . Anyone without a wrist band could have been jumping on the trampolines if they wanted since the staff was nowhere to be found . My wife tried to buy some hot wings from the concessions but was told they where not making any hot foods due to all the parties that where going on that day . Really ? So if that was the case why weren’t my pizzas ready in time . I tried talking to the young lady supervising but she is just a child herself and no experience to handle any escalated situations that come with supervising . So do yourself a favor if you want to book a party at Urban Air , Go book it at a different location or you will be disappointed and embarrassed like I was .

This one is..... Okay but the people that were there ruined my time there!!! There was a fist fight and I no longer felt safe for me or my children being there we we left with in an hour of being there....the party I guess was asked to leave but no police were involved and by the way the lady got hit she should have gone to the hospital I will never again come to this location...

Kids had fun. Its ridiculous to pay extra for socks that are required. This should be a part of the price but 8f you show you have the required socks, then you can get a discount.

Very nice place . Just got a little nervous when going to the bathroom .The set of stair for the arcade. Is kind of spooky.
