Do you want your child/children to flourish?!? Prep Montessori will help your child so just that! My daughter was enrolled at 18mo... she’s now 3 and is almost reading and so Advanced! She comes home and teaches the family something new everyday! The icing on the cake is that during these COVID-19 times they have gone above and beyond to ensure our children stay well and safe! Thank you Mrs. Hannah and the entire Prep Montessori staff!

My 4 year old granddaughter has been attending Prep Montessori Academy since she was 12 weeks old. She loves going to school every day and really missed her teachers during the time they were closed. As a elementary reading teacher, I know she will be ready for kindergarten next year. Her teachers have always been nurturing and supportive.

My daughter has been going since 12 weeks old, and is now 4 and will be in Kindergarten next year. We have loved this school so much. My daughter was so sad when she couldn’t see her friends and teachers during their Covid shutdown and was unbelievably excited to go back. The directors have been great and we were so glad when we found out Ms Hana was coming back to be a director several years ago since my daughter already loved her so much. They have very low teacher turnover, my daughter has only lost two teachers during her time there, and only because they were moving away, from previous experience at working in daycares this is unheard of to me because where I worked they lost teachers every few weeks. The other kids are great, we have rarely had any incident reports, I think just one bite in 4 years. My daughter can be a mess but she somehow listens to her teachers. And the school is never out of control with crying or upset kids. She knows so much because of them and I really just can’t say enough good things about this school.

I went once 2 yrs ago by myself to get information. Didn’t seem very friendly so I passed. Then I called and went again prior to covid to get info on their Montessori curriculum. I was too upset to post before. They told me they had openings for my kids. Looks like they Profile kids before they enroll. My 4yr old already attends the magnet Montessori program from GISD. I was interested to enroll my 3 yr old to prepare him for the program. I showed up on a Thursday or Friday after work to get the tour with my child. The lady at front office /director with a slight accent tried to pressure me into signing up right away because she stated anyone can pay online and get the spot. I told her I wanted to think about it over the weekend. On Monday I called and I said I heading there after work to fill up the paperwork. She said ok, Come on in. While I was there my 4 yr old son was acting up a bit while we were waiting to speak to her. She had another mom that was clearly upset about something, they stepped into the office for a little while. My son continues to be upset while we waited, he kept touching the fish tank. He was tired and hungry from being in an all day Pre-K Montessori school. So after she was finished with the other mom and after she left she tells me she doesn’t have anymore spots. I was confused, she didn’t tell me the spot was filled when I called her earlier. I felt like she saw my 4 yr old acting up and decided not to enroll him. She was a bit rude and looked to me she was judging my son. She said someone paid the registration online. We waited over 20 minutes, my son a toddler was inpatient of course Because he was hungry. It just seemed all of a sudden she didn’t want us there. Profiling people. Then I had my husband call to get info on spots after we left and he asked for 2 Kids, same age. . He pretended he was going to go the next day. She told him come in and fill out app. There was availability. I had my sister call too and ask. She invited her in to fill an application, “possibly”one opening after she told me no. I had them ask for the same age of my kids. Not sure if anyone else experience these type of behaviors at this place. It seems like if they like you when you show up and you and your child fit their criteria then there is an opening.

My son attended Prep Montessori at 4 months old. He has grown to love his teachers. His face lights up every morning when I drop him off. The staff has done a wonderful job caring for him during the day. They are very attentive to his needs and show concern for his well-being when he is sick. The classrooms are clean and well maintained. The infant program has been wonderful. The teachers keep him on schedule with feedings, diaper changes and naps. Apart from the superior standard of care for my child, this school is very affordable! I would definitely recommend this school to new parents.
