Childtime of Rowlett

I wouldn’t want my kids at any other center! My girls have been going to this location for a little over 2 years and they love it! We love all the teacher’s and Robin and Kristy are amazing! I so appreciate them taking such great care of my girls while Mom and Dad work full time. I highly recommend this daycare center! ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f

I just started my child at this day on March 24th 2021 the daycare had updates on him the entire day I felt comfortable because the school updated me but once I arrived he seemed very unhappy after I picked him up and I wondered why and on March 25th 2021 after I picked my child up from daycare he became very ill to where he could not even hold up his head and he was very drowsy. He also screamed as he saw me and started crying hysterically. I rushed him to urgent care 5:45pm after I stopped to get him some food and he would not touch his food and he could not keep his eyes opened and I was very afraid that maybe they gave him too much medication or something. I messaged the daycare after hours to give them an update after we made it to the clinic my child puked 7 times. The Doctor informed me he caught a virus. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AS TO WHY MY CHILD CAUGHT SOMETHING FROM THIS UNSANITARY DAYCARE JUST A DAY AFTER HE STARTED. He started feeling better over the weekend and I did not let him come Monday just to make sure he got over his symptoms and Tuesday morning today on March 30th 2021 I watched my child on the live stream the daycare offers and 5 children snatched toys away from him and pushed him and one little boy even hit my child in the back of the head and I called and informed the daycare the director was suppose to inform his teacher and another child proceeded to push my child AGAIN 30 minutes after I made my phone call. I pulled my child out of this facility today! HE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AND I WILL MAKE SURE ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 4 kids attend here, I personally think all staff / Office management is doing the Very Best they can with all this inconvenience of Covid-19 stuff. They are Checking temperature, making sure all staff wear mask , also children who’s old enough.nnThey hire only the Best Teacher’s who are Hard Dedicated workers with the Patience/passion for the children . They Supervise and monitor all the safety of children. Organize activities or implement a curriculum that allows children to learn about the world and explore their interests. I Also Love all the updates from the BrightWheel app. Helps me keep in contact of my Children and Contact with their Teachers !!!

Waited over 30mins to pick my child up! Not one person asked me who I was there to pick up or would even make eye contact with me. Eventually I had to grab a girl to ask her where my kid was after standing in the cold for 30mins with 5 other parents who were also being ignored. Not happy!

Think twice before you put your child here. My 8 month old was only there for 6 weeks and had 4 head injuries. The first 2 from playing, so understandable, the last 2 he was left unattended by his teacher, left sitting on concrete and tile. Both times he was “out of range” of the cameras. I took him out, which I should have done long before, and then when I called corporate to report it, they had the director call, who was extremely rude and dismissive, and when I asked for the video footage leading up to and following what happened she told me it was unavailable and that they don’t keep the recordings for very long. What kind of place that takes care of children doesn’t keep video footage? I’ll tell you who! The same ones that leave 8 month olds unattended! I hate this happened, and was really excited for him to go here after the good reviews I read, but obviously the teachers in the infant room need more training because this is unacceptable.
