I absolutely love Pizza Hut. The delivery is always early and the guy that brings my food every time is so cute and nice. You guys are amazing keep up the good work but y’all gonna need to make the wings a little less spicy. I’m not saying it’s bad I just can’t handle heat and the mild is to spicy for me. But overall lots of love for pizza hut

Attitude!!! Who ever was working at 6:00 pm on feb 18 has no manners! Mangers need to manage their staff and hire friendly people!nOur family has not had electricity for over two days because of this snow storm so we had to come get pizza from here to eat some hot food, we’ve had such a long day just to get here and this employee has a huge attitude! The phone was ringing and ringing and she never pick it up and she didn’t say a word to me other then “name” that’s it’s.. she didn’t welcome me in she didn’t ask for my order she didn’t tel me a total she literally said ONE word to me.

It’s sad how there Customer service are u spend all ur money with this company and they can’t get Professional people to work for them. I’m done spending my money with Pizza Hut I spend 300 a month with them and get step on like my money don’t matter it’s cool I love u Pizza Hut be I will be strong to let I go over a free pizza I mess up on and they didn’t wanna correct it for me saying I have to pay for the other one. U show right never again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Placed an order online at 5:37pm with an estimated time of delivery of 43-55 mins. Called the customer service line at least 10 times, when you select check status of order, tbe phone just rings and rings and then gets disconnected. In order to actually speak to a person you have to select 1, place a new order. They state they can connect to store you ordered from, but they can't don't anything about it. The rep stated they were going to call the store and check on the order, but when I was placed on hold, I was then disconnected. We waited almost TWO HOURS for the order and I kept trying to cancel the order with no success. The only people you can talk to can't even help! If the online estimated time was true and had estimated 2 hours I would have not placed an order! AGAIN DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IF YOU DO, EXPECT TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR YOUR FOOD. UNACCEPTAPLE. We will NEVER order from here again!!
