I will likely not visit this location very often. A top I wanted to return did not have a slip that goes with it. I agreed I would check in case it fell when I tried things on with bottoms I own at home. Staff would not return the top. I asked whether I might have bought it that way. Staff said it was not possible. I expressed dissatisfaction that I am willing to consider the possibility that I may have left a piece behind (returned multiple items), but that staff thought it was simply not possible that they could have made a mistake. I sure hope I find the slip, because if not (even if they did make a mistake), I will have paid for a top I do not want.
Love this storevthey are always friendly and very knowledgeable. Will continue to use this store.
