I love the deals at Old Navy, especially after Christmas deals. I also love their children's clothes from infact thru toddlers. I love that they have clothes for the whole family too... Most assuredly, I love their sales deals... It's great for all needs
Don’t have a curbside option if your going to place people on hold for almost 30 minutes it’s ridiculous!
Went shopping for my Granddaughter and wound up leaving for another store. I like the store but the selections and prices didn't work for me.
Curbside at this place is a joke. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes, I finally hung up and called back and had to wait another 10 minutes before I got my items. This was not during peak hours and once I received my order the girl that gave me my order sat outside of the store and talked to the girl at the front giving out masks and texted on her phone for over 10 minutes. No wonder I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my order. I love Old navy and I am a Navist card member but this has totally discouraged me from using this store as a curbside option.
Why is so hard to do an even exchange vs make someone pay more money to reorder online.
