Horrible service. I asked the 1st cashier I wanted to exchange a pack of boys underwear for a different size and return the 2 t-shirts I had purchased on-line. She said fine go get your correct size and asked if I wanted a gift card or placed back on the debit card. I told her a gift card is fine. I come back to the register with the correct size underwear and 2 pairs of jeans and now the underwear are $19.95 not $13.95 (on-line price) manager stated I couldn’t get the $13.95 price because the incompetent cashier gave me the whole order on a gift card. I told her that I had given instructions to the cashier that I wanted to exchange the underwear for correct size and return the other two T-shirts. Long story short I had to get online on my phone and look for the underwear and show them the $13.95 online only price which they went ahead and honored. They were so rude about it.

Nice place to shop for children's clothing unfortunately they do not carry plus sizes in the store so have to resource to online.

I placed an online order in March for pickup.I have not received my merchandise or a refund or even a phone call to say if or when I can expect my order! The money was taken from my account with no problem!When I call the location the associates and management are clueless and not able to provide me any information on my order and says they can not find my order.nI do not have $122.00 to give away let alone to Children’s Place.nI WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM CHILDRENS PLACE/ Gymboree or Any place that resembles it!!!!!!!!!!nCorporate does not answer EVER!! Poor Business!

Very disappointed of the online service worse online service ever, 3 weeks since I placed my order they sent item by item from 27 items and I don't have the half of that order yet ,this is ridiculous. Not buying there anymore.
