Went in to look around at 3:40 10/11/20, no one greeted us as we walked in (there was only 3 other customers in the store) no offer for help. Terrible customer service, barley any clothes. Definitely not returning here. The man at checkout was nice.

Inexperienced staff are left to man the store on their own. Poor management. Horrible customer service as a result and that is solely due to poor management. How do you staff a store with employees who don’t know how to process a return and the only resolution is to ask the customer to come back tomorrow when the manager is there? Ridiculous and a colossal waste of time. Again, that’s a management problem. They’re setting these young kids up to fail.

I've been looking at this store's reviews and I will admit, I was not treated badly by staff during my visits.. though I agree with many people here that they are unprofessional and kind of make me uncomfortable--which is never good for any store. Other than that, clothing wise, they have some cool stuff! I buy some of my t shirts in the men's section. This store would probably be better if they found better people working behind the register, take my word on that.

I'm a chunky girl for one and I felt like a lot of the clothes didn't fit my body type (I've got a pear same body and a butt). Its a cute store but it's not for my body though. :(
