I been in finish line for three days now just trying to find a good pair a shoes. The shoes I’m was look at are $200 and everyone I go into the finish line the African American lady with curly hair kinda hurt has the worst attitude about helping. Sometimes don’t speak me and my husband waited for a good 10 mints for her to finish a conversation with someone. To come and ruddy help us. Today I went in there to do a refund for my mother in law. She walked up and asked. Took the bag and barely grabbed it and set it on the counter never said anything. Macloum was very friendly and asked if I had been helped and waited a sec and seen she wasn’t coming back and took care of it. He goes above and beyond. Thank you macloum. The lady with curly hair learn from him.

Great customer service while I was there. Very welcoming and friendly. The associate Jarrett was very helpful finding me the right pair of shoes, he got me set up with the new pair of Cool Grey Jordan 4's and ordered them right to my house! Thanks for the experience, I'll be returning for sure!

Order two pairs of shoes online and went to this location to exchange them for my right size. One pair was sold out so I had to get another one and the other pair they didn’t have in stock. And the Sales woman Kimberly informed me that she’ll order both pairs online and have them shipped. Long story short I only received one pair and she didn’t tell me she returned them and paid the difference on the shoes that were ordered online. Also, they’re customer service at the store SUCKS!
