Love shopping in this location
What's going on with the Housewares and Bedding/Linen Department's? I went a month ago and yesterday for Black Friday and that entire area is almost vacant. Virtually NO bedding, and it looks like the store (or at least that part) is in liquidation. Is this location closing or is there some issue with that department?
This particular location appeared smaller and not much of a selection in both men's and women's depts. I normally don't go to public restrooms since the pandemic but we'd just had lunch and I drank lots of sweet tea. The restroom was not clean and there was water and toilet paper all over the floor (one toilet restroom). Needless to say, we left thereafter.
I had to do some returns and the customer service was nice, quick and efficient in taking care of it.
I like coming to this Macy's but u would think that the women at the fragrance dept. Would try to help you and make a sell but there's so many to choose from and u tell them to smell different ones by the third one they leave you to go help someone else.. they don't have patience and look like they dont want to be there and it kills the mood. The hispanic young lady is very helpful i liked her.. but the older ladies have to make some adjustments
