HR Director Kathy Perez gave me a tour of the facility today. WOW, what a process. Everything is handmade, in fact during production every hat gets touched by over 90 people locally in their Garland TEXAS location.nnAmazing process, amazing attention to detail those folks have, so much more goes into making a hat; I never knew.nnThank you Kathy!!

I ordered a Larry mahan hat through another company since you can't order directly from Milano hat company and its taken a year and still haven't received my order yet they keep sending the wrong hat and I'm still waiting
