Drive thru pick up Team is SUPERB. I have had over 30 picks up at this point and they never miss. Always on time, order always fully correct, they are friendly regardless of rain or cold.nnPlease give those guys bonuses!

Dear Rowlett Target Management Team,nnLove your store, but you are sending mixed messages to your customers in challenging times. You have an A-Frame at the entrance of your store today notifying all your customers are required to wear face masks. I could not help but notice 11 people within 20 minutes of walking throughout your store without any masks, no employee leadership intervention and All fitting the Same Demographic . . . ud83dudc40nnCould you let the rest of us know if your policy has changed or does it not apply to a select privileged few? Rowlett -Lakeview: Special recognition to George, who went above and beyond to provide help repeatedly. Management/Corporate: take notice of this exceptional person. Despite being a busy holiday week, he was on the floor and in the back warehouse, helping me locate items from online and elsewhere. When I used the red phone for further assistance, he immediately ran to help me, additionally walking myself and items to the register, helped get everything scanned to the register, opened packaging to ensure items were correct, and even helped me load the car up! He was gracious, generous, excelled at customer experience, and went above and beyond to make shopping at this location a great experience. You do not find such positive, kind and exceptional employees everywhere, especially during holidays. Target Rowlett is full of them, but George deserves praise, thanks, and a raise or reward from management. THANK YOU GEORGE.
