I broke my neck to make it to the bank just to pull up and have to people holding the line back from being able to get in your individual banking line. So even though I was there before they closed I was pretty certain I was not going to get help because of the long line. But I was wrong I was there well after the time of closing and they still helped me. With this pandemic going on and all of the different stressors it can cause it was really nice to know that my bank had my back and knew exactly what I was going through and wasn't going to just hang me out to dry did they were going to help me I've been begging here for many years and I absolutely love this Bank and all of the people that work here
LOVE THIS BRANCH! Thank you to Katie Williams and her coworkers! I went in to fix an issue with my account. I got the BEST service from this branch. They were absolutely what Customer Service everywhere should be about.nn( It's nice to go where everybody knows your name and you're always glad you came.)
