Horribly ran by the manager Traci and poorly trained reps especially a rep by the name Roxanne and an incomprehensive young man. They don't adhere to store hours and will stand at the door well before closing and lock you out. I have called corporate just BC your store is in the hood does not mean you can be unprofessional. If I could I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
I absolutely LOVE Family Dollar Stores. Their prices are good, they always have plenty of stock and they're everywhere!
The store is improving in all areas I feel the store could have more lighting outside n security,but the store is clean and items are in stock in neat.
The lady working the register is so rude with customers and cursing at the employees.....
