I usually don't post any reviews but Jonathan Alvizo at chase is awesome , we open a checking ans savings account he was very helpful and answered all of out questions and even after almost 2 weeks from opening the account he called today for a follow-up to make sure we are happy and all set with our new cards ud83dude00 .... I arrived here and was greeted immediately. I worked with Sid and he was very knowledgeable and respectful. The whole experience was very pleasant and would definitly come back to this Chase location.
I never understand why they have 4 tellers behind the glass but only one of them servicing customers. If there's a full line why is everyone just standing back watching it. Do something constructive please.
I had a pleasant experience here. I had just walked out the chase in mesquite where my service was horrible. I walked in this chase and Andres walked up to me and helped me right away. I was out in no time. Andres is a great example of great customer service.
