!!!BANK OF AMERICA LIE IN MY FACE!!! I went to deposit a large check, before I deposit it I asked the lady I need to know how long it will be the hold in the account, after she make the investigation she say the 20th we will release 5k and 26k we will release the rest, I agreed to the term. But the next day when I checked my account it say money in hold until the 28th, i have my recipe that show the deposit and hold information, I took it to them and they say sorry is nothing we can do. Just wait until the 28th. Is not us is the system. Very bad experience as soon my check is ready I will close this account. I wish I can sue them, for lie to customer.
The do not have a sense of customer service waited in line over 30 mins then end up with a teller who is obviously ready to go moving like a turtle not carimg the line is to the door, go to boa on Cartwright in mesquite they are nicer and more customer service oriented
They took care of my first time over draft fees, always helpful...
3 atms and only 1 works everytime I come. I come here because its closer.
