I loved because some of the workers are awesome and get right to the point and know actually what they are doing but on the other hand, you have the incompetent one's who need another job causing their understanding of what you need is zero sad to say but it's true.
Horrible customer service ud83dudc4e horrible waiting time ... the girls who work there have no idea what they are doing soooo unprofessional bank.. I’m going to look for another bank instead ..
Until today, I have been very happy with this bank. The money you deposit into your account is not your money, it is the bank's money and you have zero control over it. Beware of this bank, go somewhere else if you wish to manage your own funds in your checking account. No stars was not an option but that is what they deserve.
Slow. Poor custumer service. All they do is just stare at you like they mugging you.
Poor customer service. I needed cash and the ATM was out of service. I feel as though the 4 non working tellers could have went the extra mile to help customers that only needed cash instead of yelling we're closed.
