Man, Taco John's is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Everyone knows their potato ole's are one of the best fast food sides. Tacos are also always good. TJ's is the better quality of the fast food Americanized taco joints. Of course it isn't going to hold a candle to a sit down restaurant or Giliberto's at 3 AM. But TJs hits the spot, and even though this location is shared with a gas station it's still pretty legit and I've never had a complaint with their food or service.

Ordered a 6 pack and a pound, along with a side of crunchy chicken to go, ended up just throwing it away bc the quality was so terrible. Tacos were freezing cold, potato ole's were soggy, and the chicken wasn't even cooked all the way through. Normally love Taco John's but this was just awful!

My husband and I ordered via the mobile app. I went to the store to get my order and stood at the front with the staff looking at me. The counter person finally came and I told them I was there for my mobile order. I watched as the team in the kitchen argued with each other while I waited. I finally saw our order get out together, and promptly put into the hot box because the young man on til didn’t bother to tell anyone why I was there. I stood there for 5-10 minutes, unable to get a word in because they were still arguing with each other. I finally got our food, and they forgot my husband’s oles and gave him the wrong drink.

30+ year customer. Never again. Oles hot and crispy only half the time i can live with, but no more hot sauce in cups?!?! Get rid of the best hot sauce and replace with packets??? TJ's is dead to me now.

They were speedy and gave me the right food. I have in the past been given food not to my order specifications but that has happened to me at almost every Taco John's I go to.
