Called and spoke to a female worker today that was super rude! Asked if they had a specific type of boot and she answered with “huh and what” and abruptly HUNG up on me towards the end of the conversation. If you don’t want to help us military members, THEN DONT WORK HERE! It’s simple! Fix your customer service!
The workers here are very helpful and take quality time to help customers decide what would work best for them. In particular Olivia who works there, always has a smile on her face and is eager to help. She is knowledgeable about the products and I can always count on her if I need anything.
I enjoy walking into this store most the time but the past couple times there is a female worker who has no respect for the job it seems.
Amazing boot selection, and staff makes me feel like a friend instead of just a transaction.
Hole in the wall store must be 10 Square feet! Prices are ridiculously high!
