Precision Signs & Graphics

I had high hopes when choosing James and his team to design a logo for my family’s company. I read the reviews and was instantly sold. From the get go I was told the design was going to take a few days (no problem there as I know things take time and a few days is a great timeframe). I was quoted a fair price and was eager to see the end result. I was told I would receive a phone call before my proofs were sent to me (no one ever called). I had to engage in conversation with James throughout the process as I was never kept up to speed with the progress. I understand people get busy but this was the case from day one. The only thing that was communicated with me in a timely fashion was prices for other services and my invoice for the initial design. Seems like my money was taken and I was forgotten. When you pay for a service you shouldn’t have to call in order to get updates. I guess good old fashion customer service isn’t something someone should expect anymore. Fast forward to yesterday, I asked James for an update (since I was told it would be given to me ASAP days before) James told me yet again my “branding guide” would be given to me by EOD. I didn’t receive my guide so I decided to come here to write a review on my experience. Then I received a text message (not a phone call) that he was disappointed In me not reaching out to him first. Fair enough, I agree I should have reached out first. James told me he would reach out to me today 1/14/2021 and never did. If you have an unsatisfied customer you would think someone who values their clients (or as he called me “a project” would call first thing).Definitely not the case here. I received a call only after I texted him that after my project was complete I would no longer need services. At that point what’s the reason for calling? I’m sure he values his customers, communicates well, and will be highly recommend but definitely won’t hear that from me. If you own a construction, remodeling company and are looking to expand your business please do yourself a favor and steer clear and far away from Precision Signs and graphics.

James did an awesome job designing and printing my business cards for my small business, highly recommended!
