The restaurant itself is great. It's the call center where you place your order that's not. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars.
I ordered a family combo with the Big Dinner Box but the store ran out of pizzas and rather than saying the deal was no longer available it went through but dropped the pizzas. Unfortunately I didn’t find out until after the food was delivered. Not sure if it’s a website fail or a store fail to be able to order the Box deal without the pizzas.
As a drive up customer clerk took my order and was nice about it. Didn't take long for the order to be ready.
I ordered a pizza online and picked it up at the window from Ray. He was very nice and interactive and 100% displayed exactly what excellent customer service is supposed to look like. This right here is exactly what earns and makes a person deserve a promotion or pay raise. Excellent job Ray making Pizza Hut look even better than before.
While the food was good the drive-thru line was ridiculously long and you could not go in and pick it up and it took forever for curbside to bring it out unfortunately I didn't have two hours to wait for the food so I went to the door and demanded my food and was met by a driver who insisted that I was inside the store when I was actually standing completely outside the store with the door open I would not recommend this particular location because of the attitude of their employees
