The staff is so unfriendly & unhelpful here. Melissa Martines would constantly talk over me just to deny me my medication. I had to ask for permission to speak because she would not let me get a word in on my situation. She and another staff member offered no solutions to help. Their adamant rejection and incompetence really is impressive though, if you like that sort of thing.nIt is painfully obvious that they do not care for the health of their customers.

Great customer service . Roland and Nick were very helpful from the beginning to the end . I was greeted as I arrived and that is always a plus . The store was very clean and organized . They saved me so much time walking me to the items I needed because I was was pressed for time . It’s great to see when the managers take pride in their customer service .

Absolutely stunned with their customer service. I pulled into the pharmacy drive through at 5:01 pm with two cars in front of me. the first car already was pulling out, I got to the window by 5:02 she said I’m sorry we close at 5 the last car we helped was here before 5:00. I told her look I’m sorry it’s one past 5, I really need to get medication for my daughter. She says sorry. We close at 5. No other cars behind me and she couldn’t have Sacrificed 5 more minutes to help me out so I can get medication for my daughter. Worst customer service. I will now be getting all my medications elsewhere and never use this location for anything. Terrible service. I never leave reviews anywhere because I’m in customer service for my job and it’s tough sometimes but really??? She couldn’t wait just a little longer to help me.

This store had my prescription for 2 days... Failed to inform me they were out of stock for my medication When I asked If I can have my prescription filled at a different location the pharmacist assistant Michael sends me 20 miles out to pick up my medication.nTalk about POOR SERVICE!nThere’s many bad surveys on this location... Makes you wonder if the manager or supervisor director of that store is even monitoring the bad service if they’re receiving. Or if they even CARE!

I don't write reviews often, but the experience I just had over the phone with a pharmacy staff member was horrible! It felt like the employee was being passive aggressive and instead of having a conversation it felt like more of an argument session. I've worked in the medical field for nearly 35 years and never had an experience like the one I just had. Trying to find out if the prescription had been called in and approximately when it would be ready, as medications are not always in stock, should be an easy simple task. Unfortunately, it wasn't. In the end we were told it would be ready in two hours. At least it was in stock.
