One of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered, called in for an item from 57 miles away. We were disclosed the item was available and would be placed on hold. We asked for price and was told it was $199 so we headed out to location. Once we got there we verified price and to our surprise we were told $499 and they said they would not honor price. Store Manager Tony Flores lied to us and disclosed that we were told $499 and and was raising his voice causing a scene around other customers driving attention. Ask a store manager u should have etiquette and professionalism and some sort of empathy when one of your associates made a mistake. Someone should really audit Tony Flores and assure they have the right leader leading a TEAM!
