I would be giving this Walgreens a 5 star rating if I was basing it off of the the front counter employees, but this 1 star rating is for the multiple pharmacy visits and calls I've attempted. Everytime I've a had a question non of the pharmacy employees knew an answer. They had me come in to try my care credit card because they had no idea over the phone if it was accepted. I showed them on Care Credit's website where it says all 7000+ Walgreens accepts it. They didn't believe me and were very rude about using the card there. I figured out on my own, by trying the card with the front check out, that it works. Then tried to go in to get my prescriptions with their pharmacist at the time, showed him my Good RX Gold membership card. He looked at it and didn't even try to see if it works, rudely said they don't accept it there. I looked that up as well after that visit and it says online Walgreens does take them. If you need a good pharmacy, try HEB. Using just the regular Good RX free card, my meds were around $35 a month, vs the $190+ dollars that Wlagreens wanted to charge me for the exact same meds.

They've been very friendly. They took the time to have their Pharmacist call my docs office because they hadn't received my fill; clearly seeing the frustration. Then they called me immediately to let me know that the doc had sent it to the wrong location and called it to reverse the order so that my insurance can be billed properly. All while keeping me in the loop. Great management training to the staff here. Keep it up!

Pharmacy is extremely slow. No explanation from cashiers at pharmacy. Lack of quality customer service. Front cashiers and cosmetics are much better. Pharmacy needs to take lessons. Two completely different experiences. Unfortunately they aren’t any good at the core of what they should be.
