Ordered online and I got a confirmation email. Entered the store the Manager told me she did not have my order. I showed her where the money had been deducted from my account $61.10, she informed me “sorry nothing I can do about it, call the 800 number. A man walked in and she yelled at him “one person at a time”. Excuse me..... but her mask wasn’t even covering her face.nNow I don’t know about you, but Bellville is a small town and there is no room for POOR and RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She needs to go to a few customer service classes. But with that face and attitude she’s sure to run customers away.
Believe it or not, this piece of paper is supposed to be a pizza. Never been a fan of Pizza Hut and this location does nothing to change my mind. It's worth the drive to Brenham or Sealy for Domino's.
I ordered carry out.nOur pizza had too much sauce and hardly any cheese. They also only put cheese in the center of the pizza. My son didn't like it.nOur other pizza was thin crust and not hand tossed like I ordered. I made sure the receipt was correct and it was.nWe ordered here last week and it was great. Today, not so much.
I walked in the Bellville pizza Hut ther was no one in ther I waited like 5min & the guy stared 2make another pizza no gloves & nasty fingernails I hope we don't get sick & and the pizza was dry & flat that's not what i ordered
